throughout our trailer there will not be much dialogue, there will be a song playing in the background most the way through, there will be minimal dialouge at some points;
the first bit of dialouge you will hear uzair and aftab speaking on the phone, the most you will hear is them talking about a drug deal, uzair will be on the fone and he will turn to aftab and say
Uzair: "Cliff wants the whole roll"
Aftab: "yeah i got that, tell him come through"
Uzair "say no more"
when uzair nd aftab see their drug buyer they apprach him.
Uzair: "wahgwan Cliff"
Cliff: "u got that for me?"
Uzair: "ye fam"
Aftab hands drugs to cliff and they are both seen walking away,
later on when they are seen on the phone again when they cross pass Masud, they look as if they are talking but all you can hear is mumbling
in another shot when aftab is seen on the phone again, he is talking to some one but you do not hear what they say
Aftab: "WHAT!? Jhonny was in my hood!"
when he hangs up the phone he storms towards use
Aftab: "Fam, jhonnys in our hood tryna take our money!!!" (angrily)
Uzair: "Relax bro, well take care of jhonny"
Aftab takes a sigh of relief
the next dailouge in when they are in the room
Aftab: "So how we dealing with this?"
uzairs gets up take out gun.... both leave house...
then diaglouge once returns when they are in the alleyway, and they see masud
Uzair: "Blud i swear thats jhonny?"
Aftab: "we do this"
end of dialouge, the rest will be covered by music that my frend has allowed me to use, seeing as he is the one who raps on it

Johnny
Character alias: Johnny
The role of our protagonist: in this production is to enforce himself as dominant and monopolising. He has just recently been released from prison after being charged 10 years for illegal drug smuggling into the country. While he’s out he comes to terms that everything isn’t the same anymore and he can’t have his usual ways around people on the streets. As a consequence he’s on the hunt to gain back his reputation that once lived no matter what stands in his way.
Appearance: Tall, bold, firmly built, urban wear
Props: Fake drugs, money (artificial)
Personality: Very reserved unless confronted, the effects of incarceration has forced him to adapt and trust no one but himself.

Character alias: Uzair and Aftab, known as Bruce and Nelson
The role of our 2 characters: both of these characters are seen as young boys who are in love with their money and selling their drugs, they are seen as the dominant force in their neighbourhood, until masud returns, they happily go about their business selling their drugs and making their money, until one day they hear about masud moving in on their territory and they feel as if they must go to any lengths to stop him.
Appearance: both the same height, medium build, both wear darkly colourer clothing and will be wearing hats and gloves.
Props: Fake drugs, money (artificial), fake gun, fake weapons
Personality: both seem like happy people because everything is going their way, they don’t have a care in the world until Johnny moves in and they turn dark.

4 examples of official film websites
as you allredy know, our trailer was based upon a gangster/action genre, and we have looked into 4 different sites that can related to our trailer.

this is from shank, the way this appeals to its target audience is, as soon as you open the website you can see a group of kids running, and they look as if there running from a larger group of boys behind them, and this is what is happening to the teens inthis day and age, gangs are becoming more popular and so is violence between them. this is how i believe this site appeals to its audience, by making them feel as if the charecter knows what their going through.

this tarailer is from 1day, i think the site does not appeal to its target audience properly, because the movie is aimed at teenagers from 15 to about 26 years olds, and the site looks as if it were aimed to ages higher because it shows 2 grown men and 2 grown women, where as in shank it shows teenagers, but from the site u can see one of the men (angle) is holding a gun, so you know there will be violence and this is a reason the audience would want to watch it, but it does say ''2 crews'' so the viwers know there will be more then 4 people and the rest of it says ''2crews 1city 24hours 1DAY'', by adding that makes the audience wonder what the movies going to be about so therefore attracting and appealing to them.

this is adulthood, i think this one appeals very well to its audience, as soon as u open it it begins to show clips from the movie and once its loaded it goes in and shows u the main charecters standing infront of buildings and you can also hear music play, the sound track from the movie, i think these work very well together because it shows the producers put alot of work into the site, and if we can see the site is good, how will the movie be? and another way it appeals to its audience is by the look and style of each charecter, they are dressed as if the 'are from the hood'' and some look smart, this could appeal to a wider audience because once you watch the movie you can see each charecteris different and not all are the same, so the audience can feel as if they have some one to relate to.

this is kidulthood, as soon as you enter their website you can straight away see how it apels to its audience, it shows small quotes from different news papers, this straightaway engages the audience because as soon as i opend it i didnt look no where else but at the quotes, and because they are praising the movie and it makes the audeince feel better about it, so strait away they are appealing. another way is you can see a charecter (sam) with his hood up and holdaing a baseball bat, and from my views i think this was a very good thing to do, because to any person gettin a hood and a baseball bat is the easiest and i can fairly say most youth wil have a hood with a baseball bat, so they feel as if this charecter can also relate to them and possibly think like they think which can help explain why he has the bat and his hood up.

our inital idea
gangster/action
our trailer will be based on a main charecter who will be played by Masud, but in this trailer he will be called Johnny. Jhonny has just come out of prison and has no money and no job, so he relates back to his old ways of becoming a drug dealer, two young gang members who will be played by Uzair and Aftab will find out about Jhonny selling drugs on their 'block' (area). Uzair and Aftab become angry over the fact Jhonny is taking away their potential customers and making them loose out on money - so they must do something to stop this. The two young boys were brought up in a council estate where all they know is violence, so this is what they decide to use to get johnny of their block, its results in them using guns and baseballs to chase after him, it becomes a big man hunt for johnny and it is unclear what the boys do once they catch him, the trailer will end on when johnny is caught by the boys.

we have looked into many gansgter films that related to this, and growing up in a estate some of these things become first hand, so we know what to expect. we have looked at a few trailers such as 'Shank'. Shank is similar to our trailer but in shank, instead of drugs they use real food, and price and weigh them the same as real drugs, there is violence and fights over turf and areas. we have also looked at 'One Day', one day is also similar but one day is about a man who comes out of prison in search of his money he left before he went in, it involves violence and shootings. we have also done a small survey on what our target audience would like to see in this trailer, and almost all of them say the same thing, we have seen in many trailers that it builds up alot of suspense then cuts of right before any thing good happens, this makes the audience want to watch the trailer and this is what we can hopefully achive, we will make our trailer build suspense then cut it of so it is more effective.
